Professor Chaudhary Wali Mohammad received B. Sc. (Hons.), M. Sc., M. Phil., and Ph. D., all
degrees in Mathematics, from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Natural Science, Aligarh
Muslim University, Aligarh, U.P., India, in the year, 1978, 1980, 1983, and 1986, respectively.
He is working as Professor of Applied Mathematics and Computing in the Department of Applied
Sciences and Humanities, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi,
India.
He worked as Head of the Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities, Faculty of Engineering
and
Technology, JMI, New Delhi from December 5, 2014 to December 4, 2017. He has supervised four
Ph.D.
Thesis in Applied Mathematics and Seven Ph.D. Thesis in Computer Science and Technology. His
area of
interest includes Multiple Hypergeometric Functions, Data Structure and Algorithms, Graph
Theory,
Multi-Criteria Decision Making algorithms and its application to Software Engineering. Prof.
Wali
has published his work in several International Conferences and Journals like (a) International
Journal of Information Technology, Springer (b) International Journal of Computers and
Applications,
Taylor and Francis, (c) Alexandria Engineering Journal, Elsevier, etc.
