Guidelines for Authors

Submission and Formatting Requirements for IJEAC

Submission Requirements

Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below before submitting a manuscript to the International Journal of Engineering and Applied Computing (IJEAC):

  1. Originality: Submit only original papers that have not been published earlier and are not under review with any other journal or publisher.
  2. Font: Use Times New Roman for the entire manuscript.
  3. Word Limit: Word limit for the full paper should be 2500 to 3000 words.

Formatting Guidelines

Please follow the formatting specifications provided in the table below:

References & Citations

  1. Format: References must be cited in APA format (Latest Version).
  2. All factual information taken from published sources must be properly cited and included in the reference list.

Figures, Tables & Visual Elements

  1. Figures / Graphs / Diagrams: Must be properly placed and cited in the text. Caption should be written below the figure.
  2. Tables: Must be properly placed and cited in the text. Table number and title should be written above the table.

Author Details

Author details must be provided on a separate sheet including:

  • Name of author(s)
  • Designation
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Title of the paper

Plagiarism & Copyright Compliance

Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism and copyright violations. If the paper is accepted, authors must submit the following documents:
